About Us

   Civil Connection, LLC (CC) is an Engineering Firm founded in 2004, located in Central New Hampshire.  We specialize in the design of earth-reinforced segmental retaining walls for commercial, industrial, municipal, and residential sites throughout the twenty-two states in which we have licensed engineers.
 

  Our propensity is to be practical, cost-effective, and provide a rapid turnaround for our clients.  Throughout our years in business we have been committed to achieving the highest level of expertise, regardless of project size or complexity.
 

     Our firm is headed by Richard Bushnell, P.E., Principal Engineer, who received his Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire (1996) following services as a Seabee in the United States Navy (Honorable Discharge).  He earned his Professional Registration in 2000 and founded Civil Connection, LLC. in 2004.  He has since become registered in the following states NH, ME, VT, MA, RI, CT, NY, NJ, DE, DC, MD, PA, WV, VA, KY, TN, NC, SC, GA, AL, MS, & FL and provides design oversight on all wall designs performed by the firm.
